How do you track referrals?
We use Tolt to track clicks, sign-ups, and paid conversions through your unique affiliate link. Tracking is cookie-based, so ad blockers/incognito mode can prevent attribution.
What commission do I earn?
You earn 20% of Net Subscription Fees from qualified paid subscriptions, recurring for as long as the customer stays subscribed.
What are "Net Subscription Fees"?
Net Subscription Fees exclude things like taxes, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and anything we don’t ultimately keep.
What counts as a "Qualified Referral"?
A qualified referral is a new customer who clicks your link, signs up for an eligible paid plan, and completes a valid non-fraudulent payment (not refunded/charged back). Existing customers/leads/trial users don’t qualify.
Do self-referrals count?
No — self-referrals (including related company accounts) don’t qualify.
When do I get paid?
Commissions become eligible after the applicable refund/chargeback period ends. Payouts are handled through Tolt using the payout methods available in your dashboard (Wise/PayPal/bank transfer, etc.).
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
We may set a minimum payout threshold. If you don’t hit it, your balance rolls over to the next payout period.
Can I use coupons or promo codes?
If you’re promoting via coupon/discount websites, you need explicit approval in writing; otherwise those referrals may be voided.
Any promotion rules I should know about?
No spam/unsolicited messages, no misleading claims, no impersonation, no cookie stuffing, and no trademark/brand bidding in search ads unless we explicitly approve it in writing.
Are there geo restrictions?
No special geo rules on the page right now. If a user can purchase a subscription successfully, it can be attributed in Tolt.
